The ELDOA™

ELDOAs™ are postural self-normalizing techniques designed for widening the space within a chosen articulation. This is accomplished by adopting a posture that creates a very specific fascial tension around a primary lesion or joint creating a fixed point, then by applying a contraction in “extreme” range allows a decoaptation to happen between the chosen articulation.

Soma Therapy

Soma Education’s Soma Therapy program is a specialized manual therapy program targeted at the treatment of the human fascial system and is based on osteopathic principles.

The program is a clinician-based curriculum designed to teach the fundamentals of normalizing fluid flow in all fasciae and joints throughout the body. The program consists of 13 courses, broken down into 4 areas:

Our SomaTraining Program is considered to be one of the most important components of this educational paradigm. It is offered to those who are interested in working with athletes at all levels, and those who are using exercise and wellness techniques to improve the general health and function of their clients.
