Hips – Shoulders – Ribcage – Sternum
This 3-day advanced course expands the ELDOA system beyond the spine to address peripheral joint decoaptation. You’ll learn precise ELDOA postures for the hip (coxo-femoral joint), the full shoulder complex, and the ribcage and sternum, with in-depth instruction in classic anatomy, biomechanics, and tensegrity-based methodology.
We’ll review ELDOA 1 & 2, explore how limb dysfunctions affect postural balance and fluid flow, and teach you how to integrate these new postures into client programs immediately.
Ideal for: Practitioners working with joint pain, mobility restrictions, athletic performance, and postural asymmetries.
Prerequisite: ELDOA Levels 1 & 2
Certification: ELDOA Student Practitioner Level 3 (no exam)
The goal of the intensive format is to immerse yourself in the anatomy and mechanics of the ELDOA while getting plenty of practical experience with it. So by the time you walk out of the class the last day, you will not only feel better and have an improved posture, but are also capable of teaching it to your clients or patient the very next day and deliver amazing results.
